Vesna Skul, MD, FACPFor over a decade, Dr. Vesna Skul has devoted her medical career to caring for women in all phases of their lives. A graduate of Rush Medical College in Chicago, board certified specialist in internal medicine, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Fellowship trained and board certified in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Dr. Skul is a leader in the field of Bio Identical Hormone Therapy, and an assistant professor of medicine at Rush University.

Through her work with the leadership of the American College of Physicians, she has helped shape guidelines for educational requirements of internists through all of the nation's medical universities. This earned her, among many other teaching awards, the College's highest recognition, the Laureate Award.

Dr. Skul has spoken on a wide range of topics to professional and lay audiences around the country. Her areas of expertise within women's health include menopause management and integration of alternative and complementary medicine into mainstream medical practice.Top Doctors for Women

Recognized by her peers, Dr. Skul has been among Chicago's top doctors as reported by Chicago Magazine, for nearly a decade. In 2011 she was ranked as "The Nation's Top Doctor's" by US News.

She is a founder and the Medical Director of the Comprehensive Center for Women's Medicine, a multispecialty holistic medical practice for women, where she enjoys empowering her many patients through education and teaches medical students and residents.

Dr. Skul is also known throughout the country for her compassion, support and commitment to empowering women through health and beauty.

She is an avid organic gardener, enjoys a variety of outdoor sports with her family and loves classical music. She has even learned to enjoy camping, being the "medic" for her daughter's busy Girl Scout troop.
